I can’t believe that we have made it to Week 6 already! Meal planning is the secret to healthy eating. When you take a few minutes to think about your food for the day or for the week, it can make an incredible difference in eating healthy or eating the first thing that you can get your hands on. In this installment I will give you my top 10 tips to make meal planning quick and easy. Once you practice a few weeks in a row, you will be amazed at how fast this process becomes for you. After a few months you won’t be able to remember life before your meal planning tools.
This weeks’ recipes come from the Harvesting a Healthy Plate videos last week. First we will make simple smoothies so you can start increasing your servings of fruits and vegetables first thing in the morning! Next we will do the quick stir-fry so you can make a meal in 15 minutes or less when you get home. It’s about putting a plan for your meals in place that is quick and healthy.
