I do recommend the Ultra-Lite Weight Loss Program to people.   I tell people to think of the investment as an insurance policy for their future health.  The healthier they eat today and the better they take care of their bodies, the more active their future will be.  Plus, it's important to set a good example for our children to take action now for their future health.

I felt fat and uncomfortable.  I was very aware of the fact that I was overweight on a daily basis. I felt guilty about the food that I was eating. I was asked more than once if I was “expecting”. I was tired all the time and ate mostly carbohydrates. 

It was amazing to me how much better I felt once I went on the Ultra-Lite Weight Loss Program.  I had a lot more energy and I didn't feel bloated.  Every day I felt a sense of relief that what I was putting in my body was good for me.

I exercise every day now and I didn't do that before.  We have a home gym but we never used it.  Now I work out in it and I actually enjoy doing it.

I lost 44 pounds in four months.  The first two weeks on the program were a transition period for me.   But after that it was really easy.  After a month's time I had all the measuring and cooking down to a science.  I no longer had the need nor the desire for the old foods I used to eat.  I went on two, one week vacations and still lost weight! This new way of living is definitely noticeable.  I went from a size 14 to a size 2 in those four months.  My friends all wanted to know what I was doing and told them all about the Ultra-Lite Weight Loss Program.

My husband participated too which was great.  We were able to share in the meal preparations and we ate together which was especially nice.  He lost 45 pounds in 3 months.   

Best of all we were able to share our new healthy eating habits with our four children.  I won't deny, it was tough for them, at first.  We used to eat out a lot and we stopped doing that on the Ultra-Lite Program.  But our meals at home were so much healthier and the variety of foods was greater.  My children don't eat nearly as many chicken fingers as they used to and they don't miss them.  They even ask for salads now. We want to be an active family and are riding bikes as our entertainment rather than eating out.

Another wonderful blessing of being on the Ultra-Lite Weight Loss Program is our overall health.  No one in our family has been sick all Fall and Winter.  And that's saying something because there are six people in this family.  I attribute it to our healthy eating habits and not eating nearly as much sugar as we used to.   My friend's children were constantly getting sick this past Fall, but not us.  We've all been extremely healthy.  Through October festivities, Thanksgiving and December holidays, we did not bring junk into our household and we've been blessed with good health.
