Wellness Consultation
The Wellness Consultations are designed for people who are well and desire to ensure they are doing everything to stay that way. They are not designed to address someone with a health concern (please see below). At the wellness consultation your Naturopathic Doctor will review your health history, nutritional status and supplementation. They will make specific recommendations for you to ensure that you are able to maintain optimal health.

Adult and Child Visits
Because we consider the whole person in formulating a treatment plan, some of these forms can be quite lengthy. Please complete them to the best of your ability and bring them with you to your first visit.

The first visit may last up to 2 1/2 hours for adults and up to 1 1/2 hours for children. Your naturopathic physician will complete an in-depth, comprehensive assessment to understand you as a whole person. After this consultation, your practitioner will chose the best modalities and create an individualized wellness plan. Previous records/labs may be requested by the physician. As well additional laboratory testing may be suggested depending on your health concerns and medical history.

At your second visit, your doctor will discuss his or her recommendations to help improve your health or follow-up on the progress since the previous visit. This is a team effort, and we encourage patients to ask questions and be committed to better health.

Ongoing follow-up visits are dependent on your progress. When necessary, a patient's plan of care may be refined or altered to best suit his or her needs. We are dedicated to offering quality service, patient education, and positive results. Know that the improvements you experience are real; meaning that your body is healing!

Scheduling
To schedule an appointment, please call 704-708-4404. Office visits are by appointment only.

We make every attempt to be on time for appointments. Your cooperation by being on time for your appointments will help us and is greatly appreciated.

Office hours:
Office hours are Monday - Friday, 9 to 5pm, with Tuesday evening hours available. Please call for the availabilities of individual practitioners.

Payment:
Payment is expected upon services rendered. We gladly accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

Cancellation policy:
We do have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations will be billed at the following rates: $100 for a new patient visit and $50 for a follow-up visit. Missed appointments will be billed in full. We understand that emergencies occur and are willing to make exceptions for true emergencies.

Insurance:
Unfortunately at this time, North Carolina insurance plans do not cover naturopathic medical care. Some flexible spending accounts will cover our services or products. Please check with your specific plan.
